Room available in Krokslätt! Hey! My roommate is moving out soon and therefore I'm looking for a new roommate! The apartment is tiny but cute and has good connections to the city center. The closest tram stop is Varbergsgatan and both nr. 4 and nr. 12 goes there. About 5 minutes to Korsvägen, 10 minutes to Valand and about 15 minutes to Centralstationen. ICA Maxi and Willy's are the closest supermarkets, about 3-5 minutes on foot. There are also two gyms in the vicinity. The rent for the room is at 5800 SEK. Wi-fi, water and electricity is included. Move-in date is March 31st, so soon. The apartment includes a kitchen, bathroom, and four other rooms in total. Two of which hva been used as bedrooms and the last two will be quite empty after my roommate moves out. There is both washing machines and dryers in the basement which we have a booking list for. It's a house with the apartment in question at the top floor. Families live in the apartments under, so no house parties and it's supposed to be quiet around 22/23. Though having friends over is not a problem! I'm 21 and currently studying at HDK-Valand. Therefore I spend a lot of my time at school and going out. As a person I'm relaxed and like to keep it clean around the apartment. I'm very social and love to do and talk about art, music, films and cooking. Looking for a roommate who's open minded, chill and about my age. Ideally 20-30 yrs old. The landlord ideally just wants to fill this one room, but if you're a couple we might be able to work something out. Again, the apartment is not that big!
