Hej! This is a short term rental up to June 30th. Starting as soon as the right tenant is found. Unfortunately is not possible to allow pets and is a smoke free space. Rent includes parking, electricity, water and heating. A laundry room in basement is available with a exclusive set of washer and drier for this apartment. The apartment includes a terrace space leading directly to the garden area. We are renting while family is traveling. The ending date can not be moved further.
