The apartment is a private, self-contained unit within a larger villa, featuring two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. One of our current tenants has moved out, and it's making the room available from now until beginning of may. You will be sharing the common areas, bathroom and kitchen, with a 24-year-old female student who rent the second bedroom. To ensure privacy and security, each bedroom door is equipped with its own electronic code lock. The rental covering electricity, heating, water, and wi-fi. For your convenience, bed linens and towels can also be provided if desired. The apartment is fully functional with an washing machine and dryer. It´s a private entrance and access to a terass. Free parking is available right outside. The location is ideal, situated just 100 meters from the nearest public transport link and only 500 meters from the sea, perfect for those who enjoy coastal living with easy access to the city. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Korttidsuthyrning - Möblerat rum med egen ingång uthyres i västra Göteborg Lägenheten är möblerad och har två sovrum, kök samt badrum. Det andra rummet hyr en 24-årig kvinnlig student. Gratis parkering, egen ingång samt uteplats. El, värme, vatten, bredband ingår och om man så önskar sängkläder samt handdukar. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns i lägenheten. Dörren till rummen är försedd med ett kodlås. Det är 100 m till närmast hållplats och 500 m till havet.
