While the shower, spacious living room, and well-equipped kitchen are shared with one other person (the homeowner). The apartment comes with all necessary amenities for comfortable living. Residents also enjoy access to the building's premium shared facilities, including a sauna, relax room, and bookable guest rooms perfect for when friends or family come to visit. Everything you need is within walking distance: cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, parks, sports facilities, and a library. Getting around the city is effortless, with a bus stop just 1 minute away (city center reachable in only 7 minutes), a free ferry 3 minutes away, and a 15-minute walk to Volvo GTT Lundby. Everything is included in the rent (el, internet, hot/cold water). The ideal tenant is friendly, tidy, non-smoking, and pet-free.
