A nice room with a view on Kungsportsavenyen and access to a balcony. You will be sharing the apartment with a couple and one other tenant. You share the bathroom (toilet, shower and bathtub) with the other tenant. Shared kitchen with pots, and pans, microwave, oven and other kitchen equipment. You will have your own shelves in the cupboards, refrigerator and freezer. We have dogs and cats and are, under certain circumstances, not against you bringing your own pets. We are looking for one person (no couples or people with live-in children) for a longer period. The room will be available starting April 1st, but if you are fast, you may be able to negotiate March 1st with the current tenant. We have internet and obviously water and electricity, but no TV subscription.
