Hi! My name is Lobo. I will rent a room in my apartment starting 1st of November. The apartments is 15 minutes away from the city center with bus or tram. It is located in a very quiet and safe area, near Volvo Lundby, and close to green areas (Keillers park) and a mountain (Ramberget). It is well connected to supermarkets, stores, restaurants, and bus/tram stops. The apartment suitable for someone that works/studies full time and wants to relax at home, and have quiet evenings/nights after long days of activities. The room has all the necessary to make your stay comfortable (bed, simple table and chair, single sofa, spacious wardrobes, and a bookshelf). If you are interested to rent, my main requirements are the following: -Full time occupation. -Tidy and organized. -100% Smoke-free. -Do not drink alcohol excessively, or preferably non-drinker. -Likes a quiet environment and wants to be home to relax. The first rent is payed with a deposit, and before any transfer, we write an official renting contract, with all the details. A little about myself: I am an active person. I work more than full time and with different jobs that I enjoy. I have a background in literature and music, but in the present, I work as a professional coach and language teacher for adults. I am fluent in English, Spanish and Swedish. In my spare time, I like training in the gym, meeting friends for coffee, and when I'm home I enjoy watching movies, reading and sleeping.
