This room is only available April and May 2026 A delightful, very large and newly decorated room with lovely view of peace and quiet trees from your window. Yet just blocks from shops, busses and trams. Within walking distance of Liseberg and 10 mins from Central Station via Busses. 60 & 62 busses outside the front door and 5 tram a few blocks away. Rent this room within our 5 bedroom family apartment. We are friendly, warm and welcome you into our home. We respect your personal privacy and appreciate all cultures and beliefs. We have welcomed students and workers over the years from places as diverse as India, Germany, Nepal, England, Italy, France, Holland, Spain, USA, Croatia and naturally Sweden. Our home is quiet and relaxing. We wish to welcome folks who do not party and respect the others here who do shift work or are students. Use of the 2.5 bathrooms , Kitchen and dining area is shared. With reasonable use of living area. All utilities are included in the rent (Electric, Heat, Water, WiFi, etc). Our kitchen is fully equipped and bathrooms are newly renovated.
