One-Room Furnished Studio with Private Kitchen and Bathroom Please, read carefully the FAQ section down below to check your eligibility for this apartment. I am subletting my cozy one-room studio located at Gibraltarkroken 4 from May 1 to October 31, 2026 (6 months). The studio is 26 square meters and includes a small kitchen and a private bathroom. It is situated on the ground floor and is fully furnished with essentials such as a bed, tables, fridge, oven, microwave, and cutlery. Location: The studio is within walking distance to Chalmers Campus Johanneberg and nearby grocery stores. A bus stop is conveniently located right outside, providing direct public transport to popular destinations like Korsvägen and Brunnsparken. Building Amenities: - Laundry room with a dryer - Indoor bike parking - Common hall with a ping-pong table, piano, couches, and chairs Not included in the rent: water and electricity. These are paid separately. Typical costs are 160-220 sek/month. Priority will be given to those interested in a longer rental period (up to 6 months). Who can apply to rent this apartment? - Only students enrolled in Chalmers University of Technology or Gothenburg University (GU) are allowed to rent the apartment by Chalmers Studentbostäder rules. 2. Are Erasmus students allowed? - Yes, as long as they are studying or will study at Chalmers or GU. 3. What should I include in my application? - Please, include your name, university that you are (planning to be) enrolled in, and for how long you would like to rent the apartment. 4. Can I pay more and have more priority than other candidates? - No, the rent price is fixed and you cannot pay a larger rent. 5. Is an extension of the contract possible? - No, the rent period cannot be extended as I will live in the apartment in November. 6. How is the tenant decided? - The selection process follows two phases. In the first phase, I will select the top 5 candidates and I will offer them an interview (in-person or online). Then, I will offer the apartment to the best candidate.
