There's a small storage as well in apartment and a big storage room in basement. 100 mbps Internet, electricity and hot-cold water included as well. Free Parking outside and in neighbour hood. I have ordered 2 single beds, new sofa as well as carpet. Apartment looks a bit messy in pictures as a tenant is moving out and that will be fixed next week. Looking for a clean and responsible person who knows how to maintain privacy and keep clean. Students are more than welcome as well. Interested can pm me.
