Room for Rent in Johanneberg – 6 Months (Possibility of Extension) A room is available for rent in a shared apartment located in Johanneberg. The initial rental period is 6 months, with the possibility of extension. The apartment includes a shared bathroom and kitchen, and there is a laundry room available in the building. The tenant will have access to two private wardrobes located outside the room. The room will be unfurnished upon move-in. However, there may be an option to borrow a desk (as shown in the picture) or other available furniture if needed. Please note that you will need to bring your own bed. I am looking for a calm and considerate tenant who is non-smoking. I prefer a tenant who does not have their own pets. It is important that you are comfortable around dogs, as I have a curious little dachshund. The apartment also features a balcony. A deposit equivalent to one month’s rent, along with the first month’s rent, must be paid no later than the move-in date. Rent includes internet, water, and heating.
