Centrally located and furnished apartment (four rooms, 95m2) to rent for almost 4 months, from 11 April to early August. Close to Engelska Parken and in walking distance from Slottsskogen, the apartment is situated on the entry-level but not entirely on the ground floor. It has windows towards east and west with no street/motorized traffic on either side. The apartment has a living room with kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and a balcony. There is a main bathroom and a small bathroom (both with shower facility) in one the bedrooms. Included in the rent: heating, warm water, internet NOT included: Electricity Smoking is forbidden, even on the balcony. We do not accept pets. The apartment is fully furnished and many of our belongings will remain in the closets. Before we sign a rental contract we will need to seek clearance from the board of the "bostadsrättsförening". As we will return to Gothenburg in August, there won't be any possibility for prolonging the contract.
