Wifi is available (1000/1000). You will share the common space with THREE other tenants. This is a FIRST-HAND contract which means that we own the house being rented out. In this house, cleanliness is a MUST! You must be: - consistent with weekly cleaning of shared areas - respectful, responsible, pay on time - social but not a hardcore party person -very importantly, follow house rules One month's rent and a security deposit upon signing of the contract.
