This is a 100m2 apartment in the bottom floor of our Villa. One of the three bedrooms is free. The other two bedrooms are already occupied by two students. The whole apartment is fresh, clean and newly renovated. The rent is all inclusive and there are no other living expenses. We are looking for someone that is clean and responsible, without kids/pets, and smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Rent is payed on the 25th every month and the deposit is 5k per person.
