The apartment has 57m2 and has its own entrance. It has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and bathroom. Each bedroom is around 12,5m2. The apartment is fully furnished. Shared laundry room. One room is available from 1st July. The other two rooms are occupied already by other international students. The apartment is located in the charming area of Kungsladugård, one of the most central villa area with three minutes’ walk to the tram (tram 3 and 11). About 15min to the city center. Next door to the large park of Slottsskogen. About you: You are an international student and non smoker. You are a respectful person who enjoys a nice and tidy home. Rent: 5000 SEK / month / room. A deposit of 1 month. All utility bills (electricity, heating, water, wifi etc.) are included in the rent. Move in date: July 1st 2026 1-2years contract
