(English below) Fristående hus på vår tomt uthyres. Du har egen ingång och huset blir ditt helt privat. Litet men välplanerat enligt compact living. Hyrs ut möblerat ELLER omöblerat. I huset finns badrum med toalett, duschkabin, tvättmaskin, minikök med diskho, liten ugn, 2 spisplattor, mikro, kylskåp och frys (frysen utanför i förråd). Vatten och sophämtning ingår. El + värme ingår under förutsättning att normal rumstemperatur hålls, och att hyresgästen hushåller med värme och el. Mobilet internet fungerar bra här, men du kan använda vårt wifi (100 kr/månad). Gratis parkering på gatorna i området. Närmsta busshållplats 100 meter bort, ”Bräcke Östergård”. 5-7 min cykelväg till Chalmers lindholmen och båtarna in till centrum. Inflytt så snart som möjligt. Kontrakt skrivs (uppsägningstid en månad från båda parter). Hyran (5700) gäller för en person (1000 kr/månad för ytterligare hyresgäst). Deposition: en månadshyra. Betalning när du får nycklarna, och därefter i förskott. Krav på hyresgäst: Rökfri, ordningssam och utan husdjur. Sena fester undanbedes pga närheten till grannar. Beskriv i annonsen vem du är, vad du gör (hur du finansierar hyran - CSN/arbete/...) och ungefär hur länge du planerar att bo här. Facebook, linkedIn eller liknande är meriterande, men inget krav. A 1.5-room apartment built as a standalone house in 2013 is for rent. The house is situated on our property, but you have your own entrance and the house becomes entirely private to you. It is small (approximately 15 sqm) but well-planned according to compact living principles, and is available for rent furnished OR unfurnished. The house includes a bathroom with toilet, shower cubicle, and top-loaded washing machine, a mini-kitchen with sink, small oven with 2 hotplates, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer (the freezer is located outside the house in a storage area). Water and waste collection are included in the rent, which is 5700 SEK/month. Electricity + heating are included in the rent provided that normal room temperature is maintained, and that the tenant is mindful of conserving heat and electricity. Internet (4G) works well here, but you can also use our wifi (100 SEK/month). Parking is available on the streets in the area. Several bus stops are nearby (approximately 100 meters from the house at "Bräcke Östergård"), and it's about a 5-7 minute bike ride to Chalmers Lindholmen and the boats to the city center. Move-in date is July 1st. A contract will be signed, with a one-month notice period for termination from both parties clearly stated. The rent is for one person (1000 SEK/month for an additional tenant). Deposit: one month's rent. Payment when you receive the keys, and thereafter in advance. Requirements for tenant: Non-smoker, orderly, and without pets. Late parties are discouraged. Describe in the request who you are, and roughly how long you plan to stay here.
