This is a 100m2 apartment in the bottom floor of our Villa. One of the three bedrooms is free and we want to find a suitable person to fill it in. The room does not have windows but it does have two ventilation openings that exchange the air inside. The room also has plenty of storage options for clothes, books etc. The common area has a big dinining table that is not show in the pictures and can be used as a work desk during the day. The other two bedrooms are already occupied by a student from Chalmers University and a guy working in the restaurant business. The whole apartment is fresh, clean and newly renovated. The rent is all inclusive and there are no other living expenses. And you have access to the fastest internet connection possible 1Gbps. We are looking for someone that is clean and responsible, without kids/pets. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Rent is payed on the 25th every month and the deposit is 5k per person.
